S21+ is a downgrade from S20+ in every category except larger battery. So why would anyone upgrade? Are we dumb or is Sammy crazy??

Enter 'YOURGALAXY1RESERVEWA' in the promocode section in your cart if you are not seeing additional $50 reservation credit.

i still like my deal from sprint better.

Trade in galaxy s9 for $800
get $200 in samsung credit when phone arrives.
$13.33 per month in bill credits 319.32

so $319 minus 200 samsung credit leaves $119 and i have a sprint retention plan so i am not going anywhere anyway.

The s9 costed me $200 a few months ago on ebay.

And this is for the ultra as well not the cheaper model
thank you

There are $500-$600 Chinese phones that have been announced with the same 888 SoC, same amount of ram, storage, amoled 1080p, etc. Obviously camera quality wont be as good, neither will software or support. So its not like Samsung made miracles happen. Also people seem to forget that less than 5 years ago 'flagship killers' from ZTE, OnePlus, etc were $400-$500 phones with the same flagships specs, but again, worse cameras.

If it werent for trade-in values and accessory credits the S21 series would an absolute AWFUL deal regardless of its cheaper prices.
Yeah, I am familiar and very much a fan of OnePlus. I've owned 3 different generations of their devices including the original. They have commented that its increasingly difficult for them to offer the sub $600 pricepoint to consumers and still put the latest 800 series processor in their phones. Rumor has it that the most economical Oneplus 9 or 9E model will actually have last years 865 in it for this reason.

Focusing on the deal at hand and the fact that you can trade in a phone that's two years old for $550 and with coupons, cashback, etc only pay $250-350 for the cutting edge processor/modem/quality camera... etc. etc. etc. is what makes this hot.

Anyone actually get 10% off using the cancellation trip? Tried twice and couldn't get it to work
Works by chat but on net cost.

I did mine after it shipped. I just chatted and asked best way to return and asked if I should just refuse shipment. Was offered 10%. Note this was on S20 deal a few weeks ago. The chat rep countered with 10% to keep it. However, since I paid only like $200 after trade in credit and other discounts, 10% was insignificant <$20

When I preordered the Tmobile version of the S21 Ultra was $1099 while all the others were $1199. Now it looks like it switched where only the T-Mobile/US Cellular/Unlocked ones are $1199 so I am not sure why they switched it.
it was a financing discount. the tmobile one was under samsung financing but why would they do that for tmobile when they have their own financing

My experience with these "life time" claims is this is the life time of the product, not your life time. So when they discontinue Pixel 1, which might be soon consider how old the product is, the "life time" promises go away as well...

Thanks. Guess I'll wait. I cancelled after it didn't show up in 2 days and reordered this morning. Not sure if having an ad blocker messes with it somehow

So is eSIM supported in the US? The FAQ says it is, but there are people who asked customer service and they say it isn't supported in the US.

Probably no one knows until we start receiving the phones... if it's like the S20 and Note 20, then no. It'll be single SIM even if there's 2 IMEI.
