You get a one time bill credit for your trade in device on the amount they quote you for and then the remaining on monthly bill credits. Done this numerous times over and over again.

I just called and they confirmed the same. Trade in that they quote gets subtracted from the balance after they receive your phone and the remainder is credited over 24months so you end up paying nothing as long as you stay with tmobile for 24months. The promotion does not show up anywhere in the online upgrade process. She said to reference the promotion 2021SAMSUNGTRADEP3 code if there are issues that come up later.

Correct - It is like any other trade in trade they have done. Pretty standard, most likely going to trade in my Pixel 4 for it since you can never get good value for a Pixel phones.

Just curious, Samsung is offering S21 for $75 with S10 trade in + $260 accessory credit. Isn't that a better deal?

Edit: Accessory credit $160 for S21, $210 for S21+ and $260 for S21 ultra

So if you're buying through tmobile.com you just buy the device you want on EAP, select the qualified device for trade in and it should process with the $800 trade in credit?

I have a few questions...

I have a couple of relatives that are currently not on tmobile. And I have no experience with tmobile's promos.

Does the BOGO and trade-in stack if they purchase 2 s21 and port over 2 lines to tmobile?

Or is limited to one promo only?

And also, do you qualify for the promos if you sign up for one of their 55+ plans?
