You mean the new Galaxy S19 - Samsung dropped so many features and then raises the price. Copying Apple retards.

s19 lol, they have indeed reduced specs, but in fairness they also reduced the prices correspondingly for s21 and s21+, ultra is a bit different though and not much reduction in specs there

This is what I'm aware of:

S20 Unlocked: Snapdragon 865, 12 GB RAM, 3200 x 1440 resolution, microSD card slot, glass back
S20 UW (version you would have if you used it on Xfinity): Snapdragon 865, 8 GB RAM, 3200 x 1440 resolution, no microSD card slot, glass back
S21: Snapdragon 888, 8 GB RAM, 2400 x 1080 resolution, no microSD card slot, plastic back

It's worth mentioning that S20 resolution would be 2400 x 1080 (same as S21) if you enabled 120 Hz refresh rate. So not sure if that counts as a downgrade.

Can somebody just explain this part?
You can still get the upto $200 credits on Samsung.com if pre-ordering from Xfinity:

So I pay for the phone, say base model s21 for $800 plus tax. Then after 90 days xfinity will send me a $400 gc (so no 2 year requirement?), and then I can also get a $200 gc to Samsung.com?

I think the base model would just get $100 in Samsung credits. "$100 (S21 5G), (ii) $150 (S21+ 5G), or (iii) $200 (S21 Ultra 5G)"

Ok I went over to Samsung.com, and looks like they're offering $550 trade-in value on my S10e, hot dayum:
https://www.samsung.com/us/smartp...91uzaexaa/

Plus that $100 instant credit, so only paying $250... Hmm

Oh wait I guess that's really only valuing my S10e at $150 then right? So actually not the way to go if I can get more than that? Which of course I can, but just gotta deal with the hassle...

I don't think it's a gift card to samsung.com per se, you login to the Samsung app on the new phone and you get $100 credit (assuming base s21) for accessories.

yes that is the correct process, except it is a Credit and not a gift card, and it is single use, meaning if you get something below $100 for S21 scenario, then you lose the remaining amount.

General question: Has anyone seen a difference in mobile coverage area using a 5G phone vs an LTE phone?
I have a Note 10 plus with 4GLTE only and would only upgrade if there was a major difference. I travel for work and get a lot of dropped calls.
