For new customer line, If I add a line, do I need to create a new Google account?

I believe so. I haven't had a Fi account with a group plan for a while, but last time I had one, the additional line had its own google account.

Does Google fi deposit the credit all at once or do they credit the amount on monthly basis.

Ugh. I just ordered the s20 from Google Fi a couple of days ago for $399.

I wonder if I should go through the hassle of sending it back to get the s21 essentially for $499. Hmmm...

So, can I purchase the phone, move the Fi SIM in a different phone to keep the service active for 90 days but sell the S21 on swappa right away for small profit?

No, I believe you need to keep the phone on there for 90 days as well.

I did this with the pixel 3 before.

How to use these Fi credit? It is only for monthly subscription and can't use it as device purchase or other service purchase.

Actually, Fi re-wrote their TOC. I have both from last BF and the current one. On BF deals, all you have to do was keep your service active. New TOC is specific that "remain active on Google Fi with your qualifying phone for 90 consecutive days".

It's worth noting that while the Fi service is good, their support is abysmal...like somewhere between EA sports and that of Comcast.

The support for their regular Google cloud enterprise is a night and day difference. It is simply fantastic. Whomever is running the support team for their Enterprise group should be asked to come in and clean up at the Google Fi division.

This discount can stack with trade-in dicsount?

Also, would they take fully working but locked (Sprint) S10 for trade in?

TIA

If u can use fi bill credits well, 600 for s21 ultra is a decent price, worth to pay for. Otherwise 400 for s20 maybe a good choice, since s21 has some downgrade on its main feature.

I'm going through the motions to order and seems like S21 Ultra is not an option.

That's what I thought too but if you click to pre-order s21 it then gives you options to choose between the 3 models.

Anyone else know how the credit is applied? It says monthly bill credit but how much credit and for how many months?

If it's like their other credit promotions, you get it as a lump sum that can be used towards your service charges. It can't be used for monthly device payments.
