I went to the same corporate store and got 2 N10 and 2 N100 for $100. The guy tried to lie to me that I need pay $120 and set up auto pay to get the $100/4 lines deal and I said that was not correct. The guy just said "ohh, you know everything and you are like a boss" and proceeded with $100 cash.
I ported 2 numbers.

Funny thing: my friend went to the same exact store and the store not only said $120 with auto pay is required and that my friend could only get 2 N10 and 2 samsung A21, not 2 N100. My friend left with empty hands.
These stores are like shit.

to confirm the drawer method, would it be okay that I just put the 4 phones in the drawer after having paid $100 in the store with cash and wait for 6 months to automatically unlock the phones?

is there anything I miss or need do during the meantime? I assume that since the phones use pre-paid service, the service will automatically stop in the 2nd month if I do not pay. Thanks!
Just use it as a WiFi mini tablet.

No luck for exchanging phones in CA corporate store.

The guy said their policy was changed last year. There is no exchange for port-in & get new phone promotion. Return only within 14 days.

I checked my receipt and only saw terms for "Return".
Strange, my corp store is also in CA. I called in first, was told Okay to go into store to do the switch. But was told this is final, no more return or switch after I got N10.

Went to a CS store but didnt get the phones today ...Had a cancelled cricket number and tried to port that along with a Tello number , the tello number went through but the cancelled cricket one was showing that it is not active and so tried to change to another cricker number which the store doesnt know how to update to the new number so they had to call some portability team to change and my second cricket number which was active also was not allowed and it said - "fraudulent - too many transfers" and the manager came and said that the number was on their network previously and the port in is not allowed.I brought this second cricket number from ebay which was on Boost network and moved to cricket for the $50 SE deal.

Also initially they said they had the 4 for $100 plan and then when I asked for N10 phones , they were mentioning some error in the system and was insisting on the $140 plan which can be changed to $100 next month but if we go for the $120 plan they mentioned ,it cannot be downgraded to $100 plan.

Any idea why my second cricket number was not allowed ? Also just checked and the tello number is not showing up on my tello login looks like I screwed up.

NorCal CS, called ahead spoke to Kevin, asked if 4/100 deal good and phone on hand, arrived at 5:38, greeted awesomely and introduced to Gerardo who was all set to handle the specifics and complete 2 port in (TracFone 1VZ, 1 AT&T from 3 in 1 kit used for Amazon $100 egift.- account #=sim card # or TracFone imei, pin is user set account pin.) + 2 new lines with 2ea N10 & N100, $100 cash paid, phones left for me to setup at my request.

Entire process completed just 2 minutes after 6pm with me exiting the store smiling with 4 new phones @$100!

Goes without saying I profusely thanked Kevin & Gerardo for being super chill and the outstanding service, which was unexpected and refreshingly helpful! Talk about hooking it up making the Slickdeal even Slicker!

TY OP, in for 4 and repped!😁👍🤙

With the worst COVID per capita death rate in the world, why isn't America locking down like the conservative government of Quebec in Canada where fines for violating curfew can go up to $6000 CDN? Same reason. Or excuse. Corporate dollars trump the health of the poorly-paid expendables. Pun intended? You figure it out.

Did you get them for 4 for $100 or 4 for $120. For me they were facing issues 😬 to get 4 for $100. Took $120 and then switched the plan to $100 and they gave $20 credit for next month
I got mine 4 for $120 didn't had luck with 4 for $100, I did ask but they was like I can only do $120 for 4 lines so I didn't argue with them and took the deal at $120. $20 for next month credit is bad since most of us I think ain't going to be using the phone.

Same here.. for some reason, all corporate stores are going this! They gave me some Google one offer with $120 this month then from second month auto pay will make $100

Regarding the "DRAWER" trick. Can someone clarify?

So after the first month of paid service and using the phone, does the phone absolutely have to be turned off for another 5 months or so in order for this to work? or can it be used on WIFI or maybe be used in airplane mode?

Thanks.
