I went to the same corporate store and got 2 N10 and 2 N100 for $100. The guy tried to lie to me that I need pay $120 and set up auto pay to get the $100/4 lines deal and I said that was not correct. The guy just said "ohh, you know everything and you are like a boss" and proceeded with $100 cash.
I ported 2 numbers.

Funny thing: my friend went to the same exact store and the store not only said $120 with auto pay is required and that my friend could only get 2 N10 and 2 samsung A21, not 2 N100. My friend left with empty hands.
These stores are like shit.

Husband spent am there. The 2 free phones we wanted they said pay. Changed phones. Best they would do is $140 For 4 plan. What did you end up with?
I went to that corporate store 2x in the last 30 days. First I got 2 A21s and 2 Stylo 6s and paid $112.00 and I used my ID for the account. It was $112.00 since they added $3/line for insurance that I said not to add.

Second time we used my wife's ID and got 2 Moto G Stylos and 2 A21s and paid $120.00. Said the system won't let us get the $100.00 plan and was not in the mood to argue since it was not a bad price at all. They were all out of stock of any Oneplus phones and that was this past Monday.

According to one poster on xda, the NA version of the N10 is just single sim -- and just has HW contacts for one sim, unlike the 7T (whose T-Mobile version could be re-flashed and converted to dual sim with just a new sim tray -- available on e-bay). But the NA version of the Nord N10 is a different model number than the T-Mobile/Metro variety, so it's not certain. If somebody that buys this phone wouldn't mind just LOOKING and posting whether there are contacts for one sim or two, that would be helpful (but I'd bet on just one, unfortunately).

I only opened N10. The tmobile version has only 1 sim slot, another slot will only fit microsd card. The OS shows 1 sim only.

The European version has dual sim and you can replace the micro sd card with the second sim card. US version has single sim and a micro sd card slot. We don't know if it's a hardware difference or just software limitation. If it's just a software limitation, probably we can flash European version firmware and buy a European version sim card tray to enable dual sim.
BTW: oneplus has disabled the ability to cross flashing firmwares between different versions of the same phone. Don't know if developers manage to find a fix to cross flashing firmwares.

Hope some one can do a teardown to see if the US version has the reader chips for second sim inside the sim card slot.

One has to teardown or at least remove the back cover to see if there are contacts for second sim card clearly.

So, a regular store rejected the number from the boost mobile guy on ebay!

They looked up the number and saw it was on boost for a short amount of time and it was previously a Metro number!! Ahhhh. So seeing now what the ebay port number guy can do for me.

update:
So I'll get a refund from the boost guy. The listing states "If using for Metro you must work at a store since some stores match ids with account infos." I did not show the Metro store my ID, they looked it up through the phone number and found the number was previously on Metro and was not ok for the ProMo.

I know that, 7T works after converting to global rom and proper sim try, however 8 is not working as both sim slots share same IMEI. So not sure about N10 but doesn't look good.

do we need to have the port-in numbers switched on? The agent at CS store said, they will dial the number to make sure it is working. Is it true?

I don't think so, you can say the phone is broke and at home. It needs to be a good number though.

This agent is asking that someone should answer the phone when she dials. I told her you can check if it is good number or not, but she is very rough on this..
May be I will go back tomorrow. This is the only CS near me.
