I went to the same corporate store and got 2 N10 and 2 N100 for $100. The guy tried to lie to me that I need pay $120 and set up auto pay to get the $100/4 lines deal and I said that was not correct. The guy just said "ohh, you know everything and you are like a boss" and proceeded with $100 cash.
I ported 2 numbers.

Funny thing: my friend went to the same exact store and the store not only said $120 with auto pay is required and that my friend could only get 2 N10 and 2 samsung A21, not 2 N100. My friend left with empty hands.
These stores are like shit.

Lol.. none of that.. they get more and more suspicious the more days pass with promo in effect and more phones they sell for bare minimum and try to make up rules to make it tough.. due to Slickdeals they might have seen 10x expected traffic..
or maybe because of the promotion they are running.

simple really.

if you dont want to honor the terms of the promo.
dont run the promo

I learned the hard way that Metro doesn't take Discover card... I nearly lost two Verizon phone numbers, because I learned they don't take Discover after they ported my number.

Did the store give you any receipt for the purchase? I did not get anything, except the text. My Lg Stylus 6 is defective, I wonder how to show proof of my purchase for warranty claim.

Yes, I received receipt with all the prices of the phones and the rebate discount on it.

You can try taking a screenshot of your text if it's a receipt.

How will they honor the promo going fwd if same guy keep on getting the mobiles back to back..
Went yesterday to get deal first time but got back since the numbers were ineligible as it was used already and tried today with same ID with different number but they say your ID ineligible because of the first time verification..
I wonder if I had used this id already to buy phones i can understand i am ineligible but the ids are used just tto verify if numbers are eligible to port making the id ineligible

This is what happens if users start greedy and abuse the deal by getting more mobiles

yup. tax. main reason to avoid the AD

no tax at CS.

4x100 at CS = $100 out the door
4x100 at AD=$100 + ~$120 (tax) = ~$220 otd

what did u pay?
About 220. But she said 75 was tax and 40 was activation for the 2 new lines. I didn't want to deal with the corporate store where they'd make me drive over without guaranteeing that the phones are available.

They gave me the receipt after I signed for the CC payment. I'm pretty sure they recorded your phone's IMEI during activation. They also scanned the phone boxes when they were activating mines.

You're lucky. I was getting deprioritized to 0.03 Mbps on Visible pretty much all day long. Then at night (after 11PM) I'd get 10Mbps+. Greater Austin area. Other than using Visible as a hotspot at night for streaming, it was utterly useless. I ported the Visible line to Metro with this deal. Seeing much better speeds with Metro but coverage is definitely spotty.
Yeah, driving around 9pm tonight I got close to 90mbps down and 20mbps up on 4G LTE in my neighborhood. I don't get it....It must be T-Mobile capping Metro at 50mbps during peak hours...

i wouldn't think of leaving any store without a receipt for the purchase i made.

i assumed no one would.

didnt think it needs to in the wiki.

but it appears u r the 2nd person that has done that.

perhaps i shld update the wiki with

"get a receipt before u leave the store"...but that seems silly to post...

set rules in place.
follow the rules set.

works both ways.

if one party is not going to follow the rules, neither will the other party.
