Was that an old FP legacy account or the new FP? If yes can you provide any insight to obtaining the account number and pin? Did you need to request it? Thanks.
You can chat with FP to get port out info needed.

I tried with correct port out info with a legacy FP number, but it wasn't eligible at the Metro store. I suspect you need the newer FP numbers as the old legacy numbers are likely still considered VOIP numbers.

I think it's a new FP number as I went through new user registration, obtaining account number and pin requires calling their customer support but it's a fairly quick and easy process.
Thanks. Repped

I'd be curious to know what this site tells you as the carrier.

essentially, u want someone to explain to you why faster speed is desirable?
Have 5G is like owning fastest car in the word, but you alway be driving at 35 Mph.
Streeming youtube or netflix only requires 3Mbps. Why we need to have 5G that can go to 250 Mbps.

Because there is more to it than just watching videos.

u mean honor the terms of their own promotion.

what a shame

was it a CS or AD?
AD. Another one told me that I have an unpaid balance of like $100 with Boost and that my line is not active. They told me to go pay that first then well talk.

Looks like you had your best chance with the first AD you visited. What state are you in?

Aren't AD just the best when they have a different reason for every single store. So consistent.

Stopped by the AD. He checked my numbers on a computer...he said they are not eligible for porting...of-course non-sense...he probably called or texted...and it went to voicemail..left as is...going to the CS now...the same one i called earlier...they thought I asked for Note instead of Nord N10 5G...that's why they said no...WTF...
Stopped by CS. They were busy so they asked me to come tomorrow...but I checked with them about the promo while I was leaving...they said yes I can get 2 N10 and 2 N100, but on two plans and then combine them into one...doesn't make sense...it is just one account and 4 lines....these people are crooks...if u don't know the game...they eat you up...I wanted to confirm the promo...but they said we will confirm once we validate the id and the numbers...WTF.

Can I port in a landline? I called 2 CS, one said yes, the other said no.
You can port a land line, but it will take days or weeks not minutes. So you should buy number on ebay for this deal then port in your land line.

another tip:
would suggest u and other folks get 4 phones at once rather than 2+2.
because of he way they set the prices.

for example , hypothetically, 2 phones will be 70 and 4 phones 100.
but if u get 2 phones today, and 2 phones tomorrow, they will not charge 30 more
(u paid 70 already), rather 25 x2 or 50 more .

so get whatever u intend to get all at once

That's exactly what I am planning to do. But there is only one account with 4 lines...not sure why she was trying to split into two accounts and then combine into one....2 ports for N10 5G into one acct and then 2 N100 with Metro numbers for another acct and then combine into one....there is no such combining...it is just one account..so not sure WTF they were talking about....
