I went to the same corporate store and got 2 N10 and 2 N100 for $100. The guy tried to lie to me that I need pay $120 and set up auto pay to get the $100/4 lines deal and I said that was not correct. The guy just said "ohh, you know everything and you are like a boss" and proceeded with $100 cash.
I ported 2 numbers.

Funny thing: my friend went to the same exact store and the store not only said $120 with auto pay is required and that my friend could only get 2 N10 and 2 samsung A21, not 2 N100. My friend left with empty hands.
These stores are like shit.

I am doing a similar thing with Visible. But you forgot to mention a $40 from CB site also.
I am using 99 cent ting sim from best buy with $30 credit. I still have two left.
I'm doing CB, too, but not taking a risk on the big $ one. I've never used them and am not about to test them on a big $ deal like this. Sticking with tried and true.

One guy on Reddit unlocked N100 through CS.

His post: Oppca: I had a problem with my metro experience and they decided to unlock the phone as a means of settling the issue. So, yes it is fully unlocked and removed from the previous metro account.

Which is one in a zillion.

I got scamed by a Metro AD store. They told me a fair price when I went into the store, after porting my numbers, they told me another OTD price, which is very unethical. I left and lost 2 numbers, should I file complaint with FCC or any other agencies?

If you want to waste your time.

Your only real option is complain to Metro regional management if you can discover how to contact them.

You can, but don't hope too much. AD stores are individually owned.

Can we ever cancel service? I just called and asked about it and they said if I cancelled one of the lines I would have to either return the phone or pay the price of it.

haha. You certainly have imagination. Do link some credible sites to back up your claims.
I have more than twenty years personal experience with T-mobile and its unsavory business praxctices. I first got saddled with them after their takeover of Voicestream twenty years ago and now again with the Sprint takeover. Never have dealt with a company so pathologically disposed to deceit.

Right now I have no wi-fi calling at home. If you leave the cellular coverage wi-fi calling will simply time out after a few hours leaving you with a totally useless dead phone.

Rather than be honest about this they put customers on a roller coaster of "trouble-shooting the phone", making customers travel to stores over and over for new sim cards where they try to con them in to "Upgrading to the T-Mob experience", wasting their time telling them to do factory resets. If I had a penny for all the hours of my time they have eaten up then I could buy four flagship Samsungs.

Keep in mind that their execs swore under oath to regulators who were over-seeing the merger that T-mob "was committed to accessibility for rural customers". Right. We all depend on wi-fi calling and they continue to throw the switch on us.

T-mob is a joke locally on the central west coast. No one wants to deal with them.

T-mob was caught in a scandal over-selling service knowing full well they had not enough room on their towers to support the sold service, lying to customer that their phone would not work alleging that it was broken, coercing them to buy new ones and failing to disclose lack of provisioning of the empty shell service they were selling.

Subscribers living in well provisioned areas should still be aware of who they are dealing with.

If I were to write here all the crooked deceitful practices T-mobile has engaged in or attempted with me then it would add fifty pages to this thread.

The two service they add probably is $5 fee for call to Mexican land line only and $6 phone protection insurance. When I look at the receipt showing activation cost of $144. I went back what that $44 for. They told me it is 1st month insurance and it is the requirement. Even if just insurance, it is not $44, it is $24 for 4 lines. Then after few hour I read someone making call and sure it is not the requirement. Then I went back and argue with them saying that it is not the requirement of buying an insurance. Then they refunded me $44. Today, I log into my account, find out there are added of "$5 fee for call to Mexican land line only" and "$6 phone protection insurance". Then I remove them out for each line.(Need to log into each line separately to remove the unwanted service.)

No it was insurance and some scam prevention service and it came to $90 for 2 lines.

I dont understand why people keep asking cancelling prepaid service. It's pre-paid. Means no pay no service.
