Rule of thumb is no. Not unless you can convince a Verizon employee to add the IMEI to their database. Even AT&T usability is doubtful long-term since they have a super strict VoLTE approved device list and they're shutting their 3G down Feb. 2022; meaning you will have data but no calls after that.

TLDR; don't get this if you're not going to use it on Tmobile network
Thank you! I was wondering why people wanted to unlock it if it's limited to T-Mobile.

So this N10 does not have the same bands/network support as the factory unlocked version?

FYI - Cricket has 4 LG Stylo 6 or Moto G Power for $130 shipped. Just like the metro deal, you are paying for 1st month unlimited service. No free 5g phones, but deal is online and no hassle with in store, and no fees, so it's a win. I used ebay boost #s and got 4 Stylo 6's.

It probably does, but good luck getting it to work for the reason stated in my post. You will need Verizon to add it as a non-CDMA, LTE-only device. Some Oneplus phones are Verizon certified. N10 is not.

Just got this deal. 4 Stylo 6 for $130 shipped. Used ebay boost #s. Anyone know how long it takes before these can be sold? Can they be sold as Cricket phone now if not activated? Or do we need to activate and then wait until the 1st month
Are you very confused? These are not shipped. The deal is in-store only. These are Metro phones, not Cricket.

Because it works on at least Verizon both 4g and 5g once unlocked.

It has the same band support as unlocked version. They have same hardware and model number.

The cons of cricket deal are the phones are not going to unlock without 6 consecutive services and their phones are gsm only without CDMA bands and their bootloaders are not unlockable so you can't flash unlocked version firmware for phones like moto g power.

For moto phones on metro by T-Mobile, they are eligible for bootloader unlock and you can flash unlocked version firmware on them so that they will work almost exactly the same as unlocked phones.

I have a question for the two Samsung v21 phones bought from metro, the rep only opened and activated the two N10 , but gave me the two A21 sealed, just wondering if I need to open the box and activate the phones, in order to be unlocked using the drawer trick? Can I just leave it sealed and expect the drawer trick works for these phones as well? Thanks for any insight.

They won't unlock unless you use the app on the device.

Sorry to ask an off topic question here, I just have a Samsung A11 unlocked after 40 days in use by myself from the phone's self service function, the phone was bought from Costco during Tmobile add a line promo about two months ago, it's free after rebate, it was unlocked instantly, now it shows that the phone can be used on any sim. I tried a Visible sim, it works, but when I tried the imei on Visible, Verizon, Xifinity, At&t, they all shows that it doesn't work on their network, it works on Mint though. I thought after unlocking it should work with non Tmobile network, but looks like it's not the case. I am thinking to sell the phone as unlocked, but with this situation, it 's hard to list as unlocked? Although the imei check doesn't show OK, I tried Visible sim, it actually works. Any idea? Thanks.

Thanks for the reply, so I have to open the box anyway after 6 months using the app on the device to unlock it?

Today I got the N10 device with porting to basic plan 35$ and activation of total 57$. Once activated remove the security add on which will discount 5$ for next month payment.
