My Metro N10 just updated to Android 11.
Does this have any significance on unlocking? Just trying to make sense of your comment

I know this deal from 6months ago as I also bought it. Anyone owning this phone would obviously get the updates. When everyone is talking about whether they could unlock or not after the 6month drawer trick, I wasn't sure how your comment on Android 11 update is helping..

Here is an xda tutorial to flash global(NA) rom. Works for me and no problem with OTA.
But currently no way to get the bootloader unlock token.

Got mine on Jan 16th and I've unlocked 1 N10 & 1 A21 yesterday easily. Today, I unlocked the other A21 after 4 attempts as there's an error like "server can't be reached" seems like alot of SDers are trying to unlock their devices. I'm just waiting for my son to arrive to unlock the other N10. Good luck unlocking guys and gals!

I just kept trying on day 180 and it would eventually go through. The N10 had to fail at each step before getting to "success" and asking me to restart the phone. The iPhone happened automatically this morning on purchase date plus 181 days.

My unlock is due next Friday. I haven't turned on the phones since I activated and turned off and drawer it. Is the unlock an app? Or is it somewhere in settings?

It is an metro PC's app on your phone, turn the phone on with WiFi connection for 10 minutes before run the app.

My four phones, two N10 and two N100 got unlocked just after midnight on July, 18th, I purchased them on January 18th.

Best $100 I've spent in a long while.
