In store only. Need to go to corp store. Auth dealers are shady. Both N10 and N100 are free. Limit 2 per household, ID check required. Need to sign up for new plan for the first month. Cheapest 2 line plan is $70. So $35 net cost each phone.
Best case scenario, get 2 N10 and 2 other free phones (N100, LG Stylo 6, Samsung A21) on $100 plan 4 lines with unlimited data. LG and Samsung free phones are limited for 2 port-in and 2 new lines. One can get 2 free N10 with port in and 2 free N100/LG/Samsung as new line. Store may add insurance and other charges, be firm and decline. Many stores enforce $120 plan instead of $100 plan for 4 lines. The $120 plan include tethering. Can call 800 number to switch plan and get refund after signing up instore. There should be no tax on phones, and no tax on plan.
Some reported N10 5G only works on T mobile network. Be aware.

I ported 2 numbers.
Funny thing: my friend went to the same exact store and the store not only said $120 with auto pay is required and that my friend could only get 2 N10 and 2 samsung A21, not 2 N100. My friend left with empty hands.
These stores are like shit.

I can use voice, data, and send SMS on N100 with Xfinity Mobile but cannot receive SMS nor can I change the APN (AddAPN app does not work on N100 or N10 with Xfinity SIM in).
When I put an ATT MVNO SIM in (Freeup) I can change APN, add APN's etc and both N10 and N100 are fully functional (voice, data, text). With ATT SIM in I added an APN for Xinfity Mobile to change the APN and include APN TYPE mms, but when I swap back in the Xfinity SIM it automatically changes the APN and greys it out ... and cannot receive SMS again.

Xfinity is very picky about what phones you use if you don't buy from their limited selection .... basically iPhones, Samsung, or Pixels. Anything else and you are hit and miss whether it will work for all functions. I have several Motorolas that work fine on Xfinity, and had four Moto Z2's that were from Sprint (so they definitely were not VZW whitelisted) that worked/work fine. I just need to activate on Xfinity supported phones.
CSR at second level support at Xfinity basically said they would not help me, period, once he detected on his system that my phone was not "Xfinity supported".
Was hoping someone might know of a work around, or else I guess I just end up using Google voice for texting (but I need data for that).
Online trade in showing as $110 but when I check in store it was showing up as only recycle.

Scroll farther down until you get to the "Select your device to get a trade-in estimate without a purchase" section, and click on "Smartphone Up to $920." Still shows $110 for the Nord N10 5G.
