this had been the price between Oct 15 to 22 from Amazon and the cheapest price was $175 on Nov 19.
now it has been $229 for 2 months.
so still good price even though you need to put some effort for the rebate.

I just have to say... if you've got any sort of current video card (RTX2XXX or AMD 56XX or greater) you owe it to yourself not to upgrade to a 1080P display, particularly at 27".

I had to re-read that but yes I think you mean go 1440P at least and totally agree especially at this price.

Agreed! I have a 3070 and opted for the M27Q, which is the 1440 version of this. No regrets.

Really steep for a 1080p here imo. You can get AOC 24" 1080p 144hz for $150 and 1440p was $250 before, so the price here seems a bit high. 27" is a bit big for 1080p nowadays.

My Alienware m15 has a 1060Ti and a 1080p screen at 144Hz. Will I be able to power a 1440p monitor at 144 Hz? Thanks!

Is it worth getting a 240 Hz monitor if I have a 3070? I have a 144 Hz monitor 1ms response time. I was wondering if I needed to upgrade or will this do?

Not at 1440p. 1080p, maybe. You may not notice a significant enough difference though to justify the cost of upgrading to a 240hz monitor

Got an acer 25" 165hz for $160 at costco back in November. This is not a good deal.

I just bought a MSI Optic G271 off Costco like a month ago (27" 1920x1080 144Hz 1ms IPS) for like $170. I think for now I'll stick with it until a really good deal comes along for 240Hz. Thanks!

I've never heard of a 1060ti but most likely no. If you meant 1660ti it will still be no. I would recommend atleast a 2060 if u want low to medium settings and 2070 and above for a more desirable gaming experience

Variable Refresh Rate... the Premium means it has low frame-rate compensation (it will double frames below ~40-48hz). I won't buy a monitor that doesn't have it now (for gaming).
