Thrunite make some high quality products I've heard. This looks like an eos a3 derivative, still being sold by Olight. They give these away for the cost of shipping every so often as well. I've even gotten a uv version for $5 shipped.
I'm a nitecore fan for Keychain lights and have most of their Keychain line (t series) but I'll gladly give these as presents, the price is 25% of what they used to sell for.
Not all Surefire products are 100% US made. Surefire also is super expensive for the same lumens, LEDs, etc. as other brands.
Among flashlight enthusiasts, Thrunite, Wowtac, Sofirn, Astrolux, Lumintop are all considered top torches and are made in China.
Plus, you can get a custom-built light from the master (Hank Wang) for <$100 that will blow away all lights.
There are Chinese crap lights and then there are the top brands. This is considered the latter.
What do you expect from a single AAA keychain light? 2000 lumens?

Just bought one each of green and black, maybe they go in and out of stock. Thanks OP. ~12 mm shorter than the Sofirn C01S (60 vs. 71.6), at about the same lumens. Cool white only, though.
I can't tell, are there different brightness modes? Some old posts online suggest a low and high, but the product description here doesn't mention anything.

I use olights uv freebie to find caterpillars on my tomato plants.
It is a very good uv Light. Almost the best one I have with no limit on price. Did you get the i1r2? That is a really great little light.
Yep. Last year sometime they had the $5 shipping so I got two. Green ones. They do work great. My buddy was highly impressed vs his high priced amazon one.
The MagLite Solitaire is much smaller albeit has an incandescent bulb. So, better on a set of keys or in narrow spaces such as attached to a poor man's borescope. I know all of us do a lot of borescoping.
I've been happy with other Thrunite lights. I've carried them daily for over a year before and they held up great. I'm not super excited about only one mode, and rechargeable would be nice, but I can always use a back up because they are easy to lose. Seems worth 6 bucks.
