i did this for the buds+ last time and they ended up refunding me an additional 15 like 2 months after i purchased them with no explanation and i got 3 buds+ for about 85 usd each

I got the same $15 refund. Were your items shipped together or separately? Mine were shipped in two shipments with two separate charges for each shipment. Then out of the blue a $15 refund appeared. Rep couldn't figure out where that refund came from and just asked me to keep it. Stick Out Tongue

I really like my Buds+, I have the Buds Live as well. I actually prefer the + over the beans. I ordered the Pro as well from the S21 preorder

Update: tried again today and it worked
I did the galaxy pros, a cheap case and the headphone converter thingie. I even tried just putting 3 pros in and it doesn't give discount

My order was canceled, said they couldn't verify the order came from me. Dont know if i should try again or just order from samsung with the trade in.

Unless you really need the other two items, create a new Samsung acct, use a refcode, trade in crappy headphones, and use EPP discount. Should be about same price
