First red flag is: "Ingredients: See package for ingredients" yet they don't show you what they are. If you get a packet in your hand and you have a magnifying glass you can read the very long list of ingredients, most of which are in the flavoring pack, and many are chemicals. Given that you're comfortable eating the contents of a chemistry set (and I've eaten more than my share of this stuff) I personally found that it becomes sickening. Even the smell of the soup makes me nauseous and I trust my body to let me know when I should be avoiding something. Adding your own flavor to this stuff is almost certainly going to be a better choice for most people. I use a little organic chicken stock ("Better than Bouillon" from Costco) and maybe a dash of hoisin sauce. I might also throw in some chicken dumplings (Costco again). And note that ramen should not be considered healthy food. It's high in carbs but low in any other form of nutrition.
