Many reviews a well as a post from a slickdeals mention this is NOT wood but some sort of particle board over which a printed and textured layer has been applied to look like wood and appear to have the grain of wood. The description in the ad uses the term "wooden" to describe it and that may indicate it is not real wood.
Also, many reviews complain that the added texture pasted on to simulate wood grain actually provide a negative aspect to using the board add it makes it very difficult to write smoothly a the raised texture causes pens and pencils to skip or not write well on sheets of paper used with the clipboard (which would be an important aspect of having such a clipboard).

Looks cool, but not real wood.
It's a cardboard clipboard covered with a wood grain textured contact paper.

It's called tax system manipulation. By having several business subsidies you can exploit many business tax expenses unnecessarily.
