Was excited about this deal, but the Internet is full of horrid reviews from these folks. Beware of potential problems.

Honestly, I've have no issues with the refurb that i bought 4 years ago. This is an awesome product. I have reconfigured it several times as I added and removed devices over the years.

Remote is good but site is sketchy IMO. Only think about mine is that it peels after a couple years and battery is pretty crappy

Oh yeah, I'm not knocking the refurb. Rather the seller has a really bad reputation.

I googled some reviews and most seemed ok. Worse case is I get my money back through PayPal. But this was the best price I've seen in forever. Plus the best price that I need right this minute since I needed a replacement.

Keep in mind that it is for the remote only. The Elite normally comes with a charging dock/cradle, power adapter and most of the time, the hub.

Why does Logitech insist on not making an actual BT remote that also has IR blaster so you can use multiple devices like older Roku boxes (using IR) and still use it to control other devices like Fire TV, etc without the need of something totally unnecessary as hub. I bought the hub set up for $60 before and it had nothing but problems, every command was getting delayed, sometimes confused and forgot what was on and what wasn't and kept things off or took forever to switch inputs.

I was hoping this $300 remote actually worked like BT remotes that can finally replace everything.
