I ordered one coming from the Microcenter thread. I actually went there Sat morning not realizing they had raised their price from Friday. It's a 2018 model and older posts here seem happy enough. Was $270 on Black Friday, but I lost my time machine so this price was good enough for me.
Grabbed one. This looks like a solid monitor for anyone with an Xbox Series X. Posts on Reddit confirm it works with 1440p at 120Hz and FreeSync on. Need to disable 4K and HDR in the Xbox settings.

This won't do 120hz on a series x. It's hdmi 2.0 not 2.1 which is what you need for the new consoles to get high refresh rates.
2.1 is needed for 4k 120. 1440 120 will work on 2.0
No it doesn't I tried using it with 1080p and it didn't work. I have this same monitor as well the only way is through the display port with an adapter.

Can you confirm this with an Xbox Series X? I have found comments on reddit and the amazon reviews that says its fully compatible with the Series X at 1440p, 120fps and HDR all enabled.
Will this do 1440p 144hz in hdr on a pc with i7 10700f and rtx 3060 ti? Or can someone else point me in the direction on a better suited similarly priced monitor that will be able to take advantage of the pc specs. Thanks

This would be the sweet spot for your PC, you can't really push 4k with it so I'd vote for this. I have a 144hz 1440p monitor and a 3070 and it's an excellent pairing, the 3060ti is very close to the 3070 and you should have a great experience.

I received this monitor today and can confirm it works with Series X. I'm running 1440p at 120fps with FreeSync VRR on. The monitor will accept a 4k signal but I turned off 4k in the Xbox settings for best performance since the monitor is just going to downscale it.

yes, you just will need to use display port cable to get 144hz I believe (will not work over HDMI).
Gives me 144hz QHD on my 2070.
I had this monitor for a year. Perfect combo of IPS, QHD and 144hz - good for video, and games and work all around. The only complaint is that the back Vesa mount was too small, I had to file the plastic down to fit my Vesa arm.
