Who cares if you have gc and where you got the gc from
Flagship phones have inferior battery, and are constantly losing features like sd or headphone jack. Kinda ironic.
A phone is a lot less power hungry if it has weaker SoC and not as high screen resolution
- Some mid-range processors are built on an older process (ex. 665 uses 11nm NOT 5/7nm like latest chips). So no, they're not always more efficient. Latest fab always go to flagship chips, therefore they're the most efficient
- Moto Edge+, v60, iphone 12 and OP8 were reviewed well for endurance (exception not rule)
- The 765, used in the Edge and other mid-range phones is extremely close to the SD855 CPU wise. 690 isn't all that weak if you look at CPU tests. It's also very close to an 855
