I put in my zip, then carrier, model, and then the sizes say non avaliable
Unfortunately some stores have clueless managers who want to determine policies locally which is what many people are running into aside from staff who just don't know how to do it or only 1 person does and they aren't working that day. There will be tons of phones still out there for this reason if they are ever allowed by their clueless leader to sell them.
