Sorry about the issues while buying.
VoIP has its weak points when it comes to unauthorised transactions, so we want ensure our customers' and basically our own safety. Some of our security measures might not be optimised to work flawlessly, but we are always upgrading them, so I apologise that your order did not go through because of them.
Honestly, that is the most information I can give about our system, as its ins and outs are–obviously–confidential.
Regarding talks about dumping information or any other shady ways of operation, here are some articles for due diligence about companies that are backing/trusting us:

Not trying to start a discussion here, just thought seeing the type of companies that back/trust us would help put your mind at ease about your cell number, which you provided.

Same for me. Tried to purchase a few games a while ago and phone verification wouldn't work.
I doubt it. Sony wants you to have PS+ because you're more like to keep a PlayStation console longer and that means you'll buy games on their system, off of PSN and so on.
Subscription stacks. If you have 8 months left on ps+, it'll extend to 2 yrs 8 months. Just claim the code immediately after you get it and you won't need to worry about it expiring.
