Few days ago , same card had "5% cash back on grocery store purchases (not including Target or Walmart purchases) on up to $12,000 spent in your first year of account opening"
I have two Freedoms and a Freedom Unlimited. Can I get this card and the signup bonus?

I'm pretty sure I asked this but forgot the answer. If you already have their Freedom and Unlimited cards, if you apply for and get approved for their Flex card, do they let you keep the other two, or do you have to convert the Freedom to a Flex?

You may have all three cards. They are different products.

Not only can you have all 3 but you can even have multiples of any of them. Some time ago I had 2 Freedoms until I converted one to an Unlimited. The only value to that is if you spend more than $1500 in a quarter in teh 5X categories.
PS- You may want to keep that old Freedom and get a new Flex for strategic purposes. While the Flex offers the same benefits as the Freedom, it's a Mastercard. So for example when the quarterly bonus category is warehouse stores you won't be able to use it at Costco, since they only accept Visa.
