This is a very nice set for the price however, bits are very hard to take out from the case. I posted the same comments in the HD review for this set.

It's been this price continuously since November. It has just been out of stock online since December to ship to home, but has been available for in-store pickup if your store has it.

It's a nice set and a good price for it.

Agree there, especially at first. But the more you use it the easier it gets. I reorganized the cases for specific projects and now the bits are not difficult to remove. May need some pliers for a few of the bits at first though.

I keep a small screwdriver in the case to pry them out! 😂

Needle nose pliers and yank em out. Other than that it is a high quality set of bits. The T10 did strip fairly quickly though.

What about a little bit of oil or lubricant that's safe for plastic? I get some on mine when doing work and it usually makes it easier when I have this problem.

I had a similar set ($10 for 75 pieces I think) and agreed with the issue of difficulty of removing the pieces. I tried lubrication and it does not work well. But after taking a closing look, I found you can just bend the little plastic piece on each holding hole which secures the bits. And voila, it is much easier to remove the bits now. Be careful not to over bend the holding plastic or it can become too loose. 🙂

Just curious, when do you use a square driver? I still haven't had a need for it.

It's called a robertson bit, I've heard quite popular in Canada, and with shipping crates.

Gotta love how this becomes a FP deal when it's the same price it's been for months and has been talked about and linked in nearly every impact bit thread for the last 8 weeks...

It was a regular deal in October, then became a popular deal at the beginning of January, and then gets reposted again and becomes front page. It's been the same price the entire time and has been available in store the entire time.

I guess people needed to be made aware again?
