I know not everyone has had this experience, but I've never actually gotten an order that I placed with Lenovo. I had to cancel the first order I had with them after 90 days of not shipping, and my second order after almost 5 months of not shipping.
I hope others have better experiences! I think they just don't care about the consumer market. I really love this model though. Too bad.
This should be flying to the front page, I don't know why it doesn't get as much love as XPS 13 or HP envy deals because this is comparable and some features like built in pen slot, HDMI port, and 2 non USB-c ports are better than other options. Got this last time and absolutely love it
Because Lenovo support is terrible. It took them 113 days to fix my trackpad. In the process, they broke other parts.

XPS has a better aspect ratio and brighter screen.
That said, this seems like a good price.
I like the upcoming X1 Titanium Yoga and X1 Carbon Gen 9 though. Those will have brighter 3:2 and 16:10 screens.

Wanted to see if this model was even cheaper through Perks at Work but they don't even have that part number. Strange, didn't know they limited EPP sites to certain models.

I just had to use their support and the email they sent to reply to was a no reply email. Then they sent the wrong part and again I had to waste 1 hour on chat. Email support says "busy" message warning when you try to use it so you can't email them at all!
Got this back on Black Friday for $899 but with 12% back from Rackoonten.
Nice build, identical to previous thinkpad yoga that I had.
As someone noted, I think the L series is the lowest rung of Thinkpads, but all about your usage. Personal use for myself, and I loved the last one I had which was i5 and still going strong. But if using for heavy heavy business purposes then probably better off not getting a 2-1.
As for delivery, took about a month and I received around New Years. The estimate provided was much further out, so I was pleased.

True but same spec is usually 1200+ new and $1000+ from outlet.
