Buying a laptop that might not come with factory warranty - that's foolish.
1100 dollars for a laptop with a 3060 is the best move imo. The desktop variant (which will be a bit faster) has a MSRP of 300 dollars now, but with tariffs its going to be 400+ easily. That's assuming you can even get your hands on one.
For 1100, you get an entire computer. Also folks who wants a gaming laptop are in a completely different market than those who want a desktop.
I've never had issues with pre-ordering from BB before.

Do you have a link to it? I can't see it for that price.

There is no model number but I believe it is S5 or S5Max. It is around $500 new. Just want to give it a try and see how it performs vs $250 lidar vacuum I currently have. For the money if it lasts one year - who cares
If thats the case, even better! although the reviews says its the S551 or the S5. Either way, insane price. 2 for 1! I was telling my wife we needed one for upstairs and downstairs
I bought this 2 weeks ago. The product model on the bottom of the vacuum is S551-01
Got couple of MSI gaming laptops early with RTX 2060 and 2070 cards for ~1k. Not a great deal but a decent flip.
This is the 5th YMMV thread I can recall where I have seen you brag about getting an item and flipping it. I honestly cannot tell if you are a douche that enjoys trolling or a douche that flips items and enjoys trolling.
Bought a trailer hitch - CCC price hovering around $220
1st buy price = $80 price drop woo hoo.
Day later price drop to $70 (Amazon would not issue a credit), so buy and return started - F 'em
One more day price drop to $60, so another buy and return F 'em twice
Now this, and it's $40.99, bought it. F 'em, yep 3 returns of a HEAVY item 'free'
wow is amazon loosing money on this. had they just credited me, I would have never checked the price again.
I understand your logic, but you are running a risk of having your Amazon credentials locked if you are costing them too much money.
On the product page it says:
Buy this product as Renewed and save $169.99 off the current New price.
Roborock S5 Robot Vacuum and Mop, Smart Navigating Robotic Vacuum Cleaner with 2000Pa Strong Suction &Wi-Fi connectivity for Pet Hair, Carpet & All Types of Floor (Renewed)
So I would think it is an S5. Amazon CSR don't always have or give the best information.
If you look at the picture from Amazon, it appears to be the S6 Pure.

Honestly looks too good to be true, we'll see.
EDIT: looks like yes. $18x after IL tax. Been looking for a LIDAR robovac for a while, this will do.
