Under normal circumstances I would call this a meh deal but with the crazy disruption happening in the gaming market this is great, about the best you could hope to get right now. Wondering if I should get this

There is indeed no time machine exist. But also true if you don't let retailers jack up the prices they will drop them.

Different processor, different GPU, etc etc. Value on that deal was similar if not worse than the current.

There are still deals to be had, but if you want top value you'd better keep your money in the bank for now.

That was an i5 and had the vanilla 2060 . So of course an i7 with 2060 Super will be priced higher.

Pretty sure that's instocknow. I haven't seen one FP deal with any next gen video consoles. Wouldn't matter if you did, scalpers are all over them. I hope Sony and Microsoft are able to open up the flood gates soon and drown them in them. Then will get some sad news story like the kid who hoarded all of the sanitizer at the beginning of COVID.
