They will not adjust the price and the customer service is terrible. I spoke to a rep twice through live chat. It was a waste of time and copy and paste off a FAQ section.

I bought 10 bottles in total, so I can save $30 if they do price adjustment. Just called JCP, and they suggested me to return to store and buy again. Now it's not worth it considering the drive, wait, and Covid.

The only complaint is how bad their customer service is. They ended their chat with me once they copied and paste their response. There was no chance for me to reply. It's also random they dropped the price even further and I only ordered this 3 day ago. Yes it is only a difference of $5 for the total order. However, these reps make it so obvious they hate their jobs and show no empathy towards the customers who reach out for help.

What are you doing buying 10 bottles lol. No one needs that many.

What you'll eventually learn is....there is always a deal. Always. You don't have to Costco it all the time.
