They did have a 20 ft one in stock though, also on clearance. It was $47.39. Model number FL-2221-20, Item# 903558.
I grabbed one of them. I can't find it on either lowes.com or brickseek though.

I've watched it happen while in the store. Ordered an item while standing in the aisle, watched the employee come by about 20 mins to later to find it, they took all of them and hid them up in the top over stock section.
I got my cancellation email, walked over to manager and asked if he could get an item from the bulk, he said sure, he asked what item, I said the one your employee just stashed behind that one in front.
His face went blank, he knew what was going on.....
