Multiple users have mentioned that they received new open box items, likely store returns from Home Depot from this seller. It is listed at $120 and is offering 20% off. I bought a couple of DeWalt tools and they are all new. YMMV.

I can vouch for the Dewalt tools always being New Open Box even though advertised as used. Don't know about their other items. Looks to be a great price. Thanks OP.

For the silver thermostat the description says silver, but pictures seem to be black. The model number also indicates it is black.

The model number search results show its a silver model. Although it looks like polished black in the listing description. I took my chances and am assuming its silver.

For anybody still reading this after the thread has been marked as done... It's still coming in and out of stock on their eBay listing.
It's more expensive now but I added it to my watch list, they sent me a private offer for $90.
I purchased it and it arrived two days later.
It was new in a sealed box.
I haven't installed it yet.
