One linked is now $329. It has an Intel chip rated for 10 hours
This one is is rated at 15 hours. Personally, I think this is the better buy, but, it depends on your use.

We should be seeing new ARM based chromebooks coming out in end of Q1 from both mediatek and qualcomm. We should see more stores clearing out their old stock for last gen. Personally waiting for 11 or 12 inch version of the duet.

I think this is a good deal for those looking for a Chromebook now. That said, I think the advent of Apple's M1 chip is going to take market shares from notebooks and tablets that highlight battery life. MBA at 18 hours and MBP at 20 hours. It's insane.

This thing, $229, battery life 15 hours, convertible, touch screen.
Let's see, low-end Apple M1 laptop: $1000, not convertible, no touch screen, 18 hour battery life.

Why would anyone want any piece of tech that doesn't have a glowing fruit on the lid to show the world how cool you are?

I was about to hit Place Order & I see this:
Merchandising fee $4.00

WTF is that? I've never seen it before. Order canceled.
