You have to order from Italy Best Coffee for the price to be $11. As far as flavor we like this one the best followed by Crema e Aroma. Others we tried from Lavazza we did not like...

For $11/2lb bag its a great deal.

OP should check who was the seller and if he(she) was charged shipping. The Amazon deal is at $21. Some shady third party seller is at $11 + $8.50 shipping.

Great price but I cancelled my order because 1. hazelnut flavor, don't know how much hazelnut but I don't like it in my coffee. 2. amazon says roasting is light to medium, I like dark, at least medium. 3. amazon says super crema is for espresso machine. I don't know how accurate amazon descriptions are but I don't want to deal with 6.5 lbs of coffee I may not like.

Where do you see hazelnut? It is not flavored. Lavazza Super Crema is medium roast. Always was and still is. Medium Espresso Roast is yes, for an espresso machine.
Not sure where some are getting funny ideas about this product while others have had no issue with $.031/oz of Super Crema whole bean. Wink

OK, I see now - must buy 3 to get free shipping. While maybe not shady, I think many of us were misled by the title implying the cost would hold for 1 bag, especially since it can be purchased via Amazon regularly for about that price vis S&S. Personally, I don't want to buy 3-4 months of bean at a time.
