"It is recommended for users who do not exceed 180CM. Too high height will cause a high center of gravity and affect stability." Looks like I'm out only for people 5'9 and under i guess
I am wondering the same although my gut says you'll get what you pay for and this seems too cheap.
Agreed, I bought a generic "cheap" one for $279, in the middle of summer and have to oil the cranking every month now. I wished I went for something well built.

Hey man, good for you for needing to oil the chain! Now that you know you'll use it, an upgrade isn't as risky. As everyone knows, these things tend to get little use after the initial honeymoon phase.
the "get what you pay for" adage is very alive and well here. If you want to go "cheap", the $500 echelon at walmart is the lowest you should go.
I'm perfectly happy with the $150 recumbent I bought from Amazon. I don't need interactivity; I just watch Netflix while I exercise. My Garmin watch records the stats.

I've been looking for the last several days for a tall guy version. I dont suppose anyone has any good suggestions?

Even then, this does not sound safe
