These are sooooo much better than the basic Razor it's not even funny. These can actually hold adults, and they also don't endo every time you hit a sidewalk crack.

Says supports 220 lbs!
Anyone have this that's close to the limit that can confirm this will handle someone 200+ lbs?

i got the folding blue a5 scooter a few years back when the kids all got scooters. It's the best scooter we have. The big wheels are not as sensitive to cracks and the scooter holds me up just fine 200#. I even do jumps on it. It could probably hold 250# easily.

My kid has the Carbon X red/black and it is good quality. Holds up to 200lbs if I recall correctly, and we adults ride it all the time. I'd recommend for a bit older kid 6+ years old.

The only consideration I'd offer is the wheels are large and slick, so takes more get moving and harder to stop b/c slick wheels. However, much smoother on bumpy surfaces.

Bought this last month. Perfect for kids who outgrew the cheaper razors. Way more solid.

Second, it doesn't fold.
Oh dang, thanks for the note; I should've seen that. As a long-time owner of an amazing, foldable Razer, this is an instant deal-breaker for me.

I've craved it for a while then bought it on a certain deal years ago, only ridden it a couple of times... Due to timings and embarrassment circumstances... I'm overseas, it's not so common here, and I don't get a chance to do it with my nephew or so... 😕
(I'm an adult, weigh maybe near 160... Do u guys use helmets? =)

Me and my buddy both received A5 Lux's from our wives for Father's Day one year so we could ride with our kids. We're both in our 30s and 200+ and they've held up like a champ. He used his for work for a little bit, and no lie, I bet his has hundreds of miles on it.

My 7 year old is a bit on the smaller side, he's about exactly 4ft tall and doesn't weigh much. Would the A5 be too big for him or just about right?

The blue easy open packaging A5 is only $57
