Setup was incredibly easy, just plug in the bulb, and use the C by GE app to connect to it. Google and Alexa both recognized the bulbs right away.
The clock setup was super simple with the Google Home app too. Bright easy to read display with the outside temperature also shown. Up top there are easily accessible volume, play, and power(?) buttons.

A bit better, but still distortion when trying to get to max volume.
Sounds like a tin can and no bass whatsoever
Will a Google home control the lights without a hub, or is a hub eventually something you have to purchase?
