Finally was able to cancel for a refund today.
I have the same deal like you. Came damaged and never see a replacement or refund. Do you have to initial a return through amazon?
Yeah. In my case, it never delivered so Amazon decided when it was long enough, so i had the option to either contact the seller (again, no thanks) or request my refund. Since you got an initial delivery, you may have to contact seller via the "report a problem what my order" button on Amazon.
Finally was able to cancel for a refund today.
This is what is happening to me now! They said they truck lost can't track I asked for a tracking number to be told they don't have one
You need to contact amazon service, they will file a-z claim on your behalf right away before the return/refund window closes out. This seller promised me to send out replacement. Then when replacement didn't come, they promised refund 3-5 days, on day 7th I contacted amazon, 24 hrs after that they "sorry for the delay - system failure bla bla bla" and I get a refund confirmation from amazon.
