Great VPN. They recently released a statement with screenshots from websites that rate VPNs for money, and basically said they are no longer playing that game. That they would rather invest that money in the platform (because some of the sites were complaining that they could not make enough commission based on their sale prices).

Take that with a grain of salt or not, but if you don't find them on the rating sites for "top VPNs of 2020, 2021, 2022 etc., I can tell you that it's not because they are not worth it.

Before the pandemic I would have to travel to about 9-12 countries per year, and Windscribe never let me down. Easy interface, quick and stable connection, and also no logs being kept.

I was lucky to get a lifetime a few years ago, and they have been getting better and better. Since that's not being offered anymore, this is a great deal imho.

Same. But when I went back and tried to checkout again it gives the error before the payments page comes up

I usually lose about half the speed so ya that's normal. Just switch around different locations to find the best speed. Just FYI for anyone using real debrid with this VPN, only one location with windscribe works with real debrid, the rest will cause it not to work. I guess you could submit a ticket and try to get another location whitelisted if you'd like though according to support from real debrid.

Decent service. Has its drawbacks. Such as "Boston" not producing a Boston IP address and teleporting you to Baltimore 9 times outta 10.

Unlimited is incorrect. You are not allowed to share your account. If I remember correctly they do have family plans though that you have to get directly through windscribe if you want to share one account. They will ban you if multiple people are using the same account.
