I have one store 30 minutes from me with 6+ in stock at $30. Im skeptical because I've been burned by bad inventory counts many times in the past, but that is too good to give up. We definitely need a mesh network in my house!

Yeah in most cases for me in 6+ cases there are none and I doubt Walmart would even stock 6+ of these to begin with.
I assume the pricing is accurate on brickseek? It shows in stock near me, but at $299. A few stores show $74, but those are OOS.
Mostly. Since your asking and this is a walmart deal, there are things you need to know:
1. Don't call ahead
2. Don't ask them to "hold" one for you
3. Limited stock sometimes means only the display model is available
4. Don't tell them you used brickseek
You could buy at a store with a higher price and then return & rebuy the same item at another store with a lower price but out of stock. When rebuying, it'll ring up at the price specific to that store.
They may ask for a reason, so you could be honest and say that you're doing this because the price is now lower or you could say because you want to put the purchase on another credit card. It's definitely YMMV based on who you get, but I was successful in doing this.

Check the Walmart app to confirm inventory. If it doesn't show in stock in the app, you won't find it in the store, no matter what BS says.
