Don't know for how long, but right now PowerBlock USA Elite series 50lb adjustable dumbbells and expansion kits are in stock online. $299 plus shipping https://powerblock.com/product/elite-series/
I think you can only add one to your cart at a time, so if you want the expansion and base model, have to order it all together from the page. I just got the base and with shipping it was $358

Probably once a month or so. This is a decent deal compared to scalpers on OfferUp, but if it can wait for them to be sold & shipped by Amazon you'll save quite a bit.

Recently when Amazon has had them in stock with Prine, they've been at 350-360. Plus, as someone else mentioned, you can't use the expansions from powerblock.com for the Amazon set

Elite EXP 2020 version were available on Amazon for $314 29 days ago. Still expandable, free shipping, and "USA Elite" has no notable improvements over "Elite EXP."

The main piece I wanted to point out is the expansions available on powerblock will not work with the dumbbells on Amazon. I haven't been able to find the expansions for the non USA exp elite series!
I'm stuck in this boat as I bought from Amazon. One review on Amazon said they bought the expansions from powerblock and he had to modify it to fit. Sounds like the welds aren't consistent between the different versions

Something to also note is that Powerblock did not charge sales tax for purchase here in TN, but I do have to pay it on Amazon, so that could also play into your decision.

Oh gotcha. Both charge tax in CA so that aspect was a wash for me. But yes people should go through checkout and see if Powerblock charges them tax and what shipping would run to do a cost analysis between the two.
Still waiting for (non-Elite) EXP stage 2 expansion kit. Had a chance to buy the compatible(?) Sport expansion from Powerblock (now sold out), but hoping Amazon will stock it eventually w/ free shipping.
Need a little advice. Just bought the Elite USA up to 50 pair about two weeks ago. Used to be pretty strong (1215 combined max bench/squat/DL, etc), but stopped in March while in my lifting peak. Haven't lifted since March until about a week ago when I bought a power cage, barbell, some plates, a bench, and these dumbbells. I've spent a lot recently with the other gym equipment, and Black Friday / other purchases. I'm a little hesitant to spend another $300 on the expansions when I'm probably 2-3 months from building back the strength to need that extra 20 and 40.
How often do the expansions restock on Powerblock? Should I go for them now even though I don't currently need them, or do they restock often enough that I'd be fine buying them in 2 or whatever months when I really need them? Thanks in advance for the help.
