Thanks to Deal Hunter Rokket for finding this deal.
I ordered this flatware set last year and the quality is poor. They got rust spots in the dishwasher. I donated them and ordered mikasa flatware three months later.
Loved this review on the Cascade set:
"The quality is not good, the pain is already coming out"

Same here. Rust appeared immediately after first wash.

The design. Also, one of them does not specify the grade of steel, but you can assume 18/0 at this price. That's lower grade and is more prone to staining and rust - that doesn't mean that will happen if you take care of it, but the nickel content (the "0" in 18/0) is what provides that protection.
One of the reviews indicated that they felt "light," and that's not a good characteristic for flatware.
I don't think this is a bad deal; it could spruce things up if you're moving up from a mongrel assortment accumulated from your parents, thrift shops and such. Think of it as service for four or six with a couple of backups. It's not lifetime or heirloom stuff that you would hand down to your kids though.

Do you have a link to the mikasa ones you picked up?

Right, but you can travel with the International ones because there is no adapter required.
All will fit nicely in an electrical socket. It's shocking how good they work for that purpose.
