Doesn't say, however, since this is a ceramic finish pan, it shouldn't have PTFE for sure in it. PTFE is teflon, and is normally in nonstick pans.
This pan is not non-stick, not sure what the point of a ceramic coating at all is. I would just get a stainless pan if you need one.

Something like this or similar. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01ATZE4K2/

Sort of. The amazon listing for this all-clad pan doesn't even say it's non-stick.

"The natural ceramic finish is ultra-durable, resisting chips & scratches, and while ceramic is not considered a nonstick coating, it does resist stains and is easy to clean"

Here are better non-stick pan recommendations, and more info on PTFE coated pans.

Not sort of, that's why they put it on there. Just saying that's the point of the coating, a non stick coating that is believed to be healthier then others, because you asked. Clin my experience ceramic does not scratch like other non sticks, but it does chip (so I treat it as gently as I do any other non stick). Also that it's silly to suggest a stainless steel pan as an alternative to a non stick pan

There also appears to be a 20% off coupon within the Amazon link making it $88 before tax.

From what I understand, it is All-Clad's stainless steel versions of a Staub or Le Cruset. Basically a ceramic enamel outside and inside on a stainless steel core instead of a ceramic enamel outside and inside on a cast iron core. Lighter than the cast iron alternative, but less thermal mass.

Clippable coupon was only 15% for me.

Just FYI all clad warranty rarely applies to the ceramic coating of these.

I wouldn't pay this much for what it is. I've purchased ceramic coated pans of this size for as low as $25 (Costco) and they've been great. I know the coating won't last as long as something nicer but I have a couple I regularly use and they're still holding up after a few years. Of course, I am very weary to not damage them so your mileage will definitely vary

FYI I've purchased the pan and everything freaken sticks despite warming it up until water droplets are bouncing around. Would not recommend if you're looking for non stick specifically. It also scratches pretty easily. There's a reason why there is such a huge discount

No. That is not why ceramic is on THIS pan. The listing clearly states that as pointed out by clinteastwood. All-Clad is literally telling you not to expect it to behave as a non-stick pan.

Wow, that highest rated Amazon review is next level ignorant/aggressive/some negative adjective. Amazon states this is a 7.6 lb pan which is heavy if you want to shake it or anything, especially when this is a wide pan and not a tall pot so torque ain't doing you any favors. Not saying you need it to be light like a regular skillet as it's unlikely you need to do those flips and stirs and shakes but sheesh, the energy the guy puts out is something.

Review:
There is nothing to dislike about these pans! Some people whine about the weight and I say toughen up!! The pans are not that heavy and if you have problems moving these around, maybe you shouldn't be cooking! Are they easy to handle if you are pouring from them with 1.5 gallons of liquid in them...? NO! But tell me which pan that is easy to pour from with the same liquid and I will bet that type of pan won't last 30 years either!! These are tough and beautiful and work exceptionally well if you READ the INSTRUCTIONS! You can't simply throw them on a blazing burner and leave them......you have to COOK!! If you can't devote the time to them and your food, Buy microwave dinners and a good microwave! LOL!!

Not a terrible price for made in Germany ceramic coated steel cookware. But please, do not expect this to be non-stick, you will be disappointed.

Yes. It's ceramic, not plastic-coated.

Not really. Ceramic on stainless is absolutely nothing at all like enamel on cast iron. Braising, baking, heat retention, and all-around performance will be very different. All-Clad does have an enamel-coated cast iron pan intended to compete with Staub or Le Creuset but it's low-quality chinese import and not worth your consideration.

100%. I am an All-Clad fan but would never recommend FusionTec. I honestly wouldn't recommend any ceramic cookware but if you're set on ceramic (which doesn't last forever), then there are better options, including the ones sold by Costco.

You can read more about FusionTec at this thread.
