Doubtful that it isn't worth it? They seem good so far. But to each their own. Some people prefer only brand names. I don't mind spending less and being pleasantly surprised with results. =)
I don't have enough information to compare the 2. I suppose just the slight price difference and Sharp is a well known brand, of course. However, that sounds like a great deal as well!

I bought the above from Amazon in 2017 for $159 no tax on a lightning deal. It sees AT LEAST 40 hours of use a week and is still going strong. Sometimes you get lucky!
