All you need is a nice 2 inch boneless ribeye, rub this all over 15 min before throwing it on a grill at minimum 550 or whatever max level you can achieve. 6 min later you have a perfect medium 🥩 steak. It's a great seasoning, all depends what you use it for, really am very picky and find this rub great.

This is my go-to seasoning for steaks or roasts. Good stuff. It is salty, so be careful.
