If you have one of the eligible cards and you don't see the offer, try the following:
1. Use desktop instead of mobile
2. Add 10 random offers to see if it pops up
3. Scroll down the list, it might be in the middle rather than the top
Data points:
In Store physical gift cards: Should all be fine, since they get swiped at the same terminal as if you were buying food
Uber Eats Credit reload: Does NOT work
Uber Eats regular delivery order: Works
DoorDash: Works (#200, #215)
Seamless: Works (#224)

Value varies by card type: I found mine under Amex Offers for my Platinum Delta Amex. Spend $15, get $15 credit monthly through December ($165 total). Buddy has $20/month for their Delta Reserve ($220 total).
Blue Magnet card (non-cobrand) did not have the offer.

Edit: That was on the Bonvoy card, I am seeing $15 off $15 on Delta as well.
I wonder if I can use both, since they are different amounts and I was able to add them to two different cards.

Nothing on the paid-annual-everyday-blue-whatever it's called... but there are a ton of wine/gift basket/hotel offers. Holy cow!

Generally, the more premium the card, the larger the monthly statement credit.
