Dexter is a good show. I noticed it is now free to stream for Prime Members (no Showtime required). Ending could have been a lot better, but that shouldn't stop anyone from watching it. They are supposedly going to have a new season of Dexter. Looking forward to that.

hmm wonder if i'm eligible. I took advantage of Amazon's prime day special where i got three months of showtime for something like 99 cents.....
great deal though. not too many movies but certainly a lot of shows I enjoyed. Homeland, billions, ray donovan. started penny dreadful before my subscription ran out

Whether or not its worth $5/mo after that is matter of opinion. They do have a variety of very good shows new and old so you can probably find something you like there. But their movie selection is awful IMHO.

Crazy binge for 30 days!!! Those series alone would make it worth the six months of lowered payment.

I had cable for the longest time, then I 'cut-the-cord'. The only pay channel I missed most was Showtime. I'm pissed cause I got in on the $8.99/month for-life deal last month.

It is true, some of the series' later episodes lack plot (Weeds, Dexter), but the acting and production values are like a movie.
