Just look at swappa and this site, iPad 7th price, you will realize 225-250 would be unrealistic.

Nice!!! If true I'm glad I held off buying the new 4th gen iPad air to replace my iPad 5th gen (2017) model. My mother also needs to update her outdated Air 2 that has 16gb of memory and runs on the iPhone 6 processor.

All reports of iPad 9 release date, spec and price quoted leak from a Chinese website cnBeta. It's basically just rumor. Personally I would not hold my breath with the hope that Apple would release another iPad of brand new form factor just 6 months after their last refresh. In fact, they never did in the past.
