Thank you. I also got one from BestBuy, but it was Origin rather the Animal+. Not too sure what is the different

Anybody know if Costco tends to repeat their Black Friday pricing? This was $399.99 last year Black Friday. Wishing I picked it up then,

The next time could be spring or summer. I would hold off on it if you don't need it right away. But then again you have the 90 day return policy.

You're right. Based on this, the pictures of the vacuum on Costco's website doesn't have the red tab = Screw in battery.

Just purchased one yesterday. Battery fully detachable. Works great! Reassured to have the Costco and Citicard 2+2 warranty too

I just doubled checked and ours is fully detachable, just push the red tab and it comes off. When we bought ours a few months ago I read the attached battery was something Dyson was phasing out on the V11. This would lead me to believe it's a pretty safe bet you would be getting a detachable battery unit from Costco nowadays (and most other places).

To my knowledge the V11 only has 1 head attachment available.
