Requests for returns purchased from the Workrite Ergonomics online store (shop.workriteergo.com) must be made within thirty days of the order ship date. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Customer must provide original order # provided at time of request. Items must not have been installed, be returned in their original packaging and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will not be processed for items returned in anything other than their original packaging, damaged items or unauthorized returns.
Warranty
Workrite warrants to the original purchaser that the products it manufactures are free from defects in design, material and workmanship. Subject to the limitations below, Workrite warrants each product in this catalog to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. With prompt written notice, Workrite will repair or replace, free of charge, any product, part or component, which fails under normal use as a result of such defect.
The following exceptions to the limited lifetime warranty apply:
All laminated worksurfaces and workcenter components including electric components, motors, crank mechanisms, counter-balance mechanisms, brackets and feet are warranted for 5 years.

I got 52"x24" of space but it's a manual crank to lift the desk. I noticed the desk in OP is rated for 300 pounds which is really impressive for this price range with the discounts.
If I had seen OP's deal before yesterday, I might have gone this route, although I am really happy with how the Husky table has turned out. Also I got the 52" table for $199, so it was a bit cheaper and is a bit larger surface. This does seem like a pretty great deal though and the electric adjust and 3 memory settings would be really nice. I'm probably going to end up using a drill to raise and lower my desk at times, haha.
