Just returned home from Costco and saw the Sonos Playbar Wifi Soundbar with Wall Mount Kit for $399.97 at Costco (Pentagon City, VA). Didn't check how many they had left but there were at least a few. Searched recent threads and didn't see anyone post at this price so hopefully it helps someone.

Great deal! I have one and it sounds great paired with the subwoofer. If you don't get the sub, it's only sub-par (haha, like that?)... I also use Sonos Ones as the rear surrounds. I love the setup and sounds pretty darn good.

Does anyone have issues with sound dropping out every so often. I have it hooked up to my LG Oled via optical out. Sometimes the sound cuts out and I have to disconnect the power to the Playbar then reconnect it to get sound again. Happens whether I'm watching cable via a Spectrum cable box or Netflix directly from the TV. Turning off the TV, Playbar or unplugging the optical doesn't work to fix it.

Can confirm the Nashua NH one did not have any of these kits to sell.

Similar setup here with no issue. However, on our C6 all content is played through an AppleTV.

Just a quick FYI - the Playbar doesn't support Airplay 2. The Beam does support Airplay 2, and might be a better choice - esp. when it's on sale ~ $300.

the beam is for your kids bedroom. the playbar or arc would be for your main room. (living room/family room)

I have a B6. Firmwares been upgraded multiple times and issue still crops up randomly. I wonder if it's the setting on my TV. The fact that it happens with both my Spectrum box and TV apps directly (like Netflix) makes me think it's a sound bar or TV issue.

I would pass and go for the Arc. I just upgraded and eARC and Atmos is worth it.

The optical cable that comes with the Playbar is really low quality. Out of the box, I was getting sound cut outs that were resolved when I replaced the cable.

I had one and I really liked it a lot. I paired with the Sonos sub ( amazing ). I eventually returned it in favor of a Samsung q80r. Mostly due to no HDMI (arc) , bluetooth. Obviously no Atmos but I knew that going in. It still sounded amazing . The only issue I had was trying to find the right balance for voice. Having the iOS app can help you tune your Sonos setup. Android app doesn't have this.

I had this exact issue. Hours of searching and finally found a comment about turning off the IR/IR repeater. Only been a few days but no cutouts since. #FingersCrossed

Where do you turn off the IR repeater? Your Sonos or TV?

I have both the beam and arc, and the beam is a great value at half the cost of the arc. The beam can definitely handle a large room when paired with the surrounds and the sub.
