FWIW capital one denied me for this one last year with 828 fico.
Went for the altitude go from usbank. dentist bill took care of the spend requirements (ugh)
I can easily spend $3000 in 3 months between regular expenses and a few gift cards from amazon etc if needed...which is the norm for most cards.
The Annual fee is waived for the first year...if you are getting this for the bonus then just shut down...if you are getting this to use as a everyday card...there are better cards out there!
Do note that VISA cards have lost all their benefits such as free auto rental insurance, free extended warranty, etc.

Scroll down to see the new cardmember offer...You can also apply from this page
But lot of posts in DoC suggests that Capital One is rejecting the application with signup bonus and offering the same card with zero bonus.

also I am pretty sure they use some sort of 5/24 rule as well
I do usually pickup 1-2 cards a year. Some I close others with no fee I keep.
For that guy asking about freedom flex.. the big money there is using it at the grocery store.
Picked up that one last fall. $350 cashback on groceries so far + the initial bonus.
its 5% for first year on groceries. the 5% back rotating categories are good for at least half the year as well .. currently 5% at wholesale clubs is decent too.
I expect the freedom flex to net around $800 total. everyone buys groceries right?
Update: just downloaded my denial letter from cap 1 the reason for the denial is to many accounts with them
Also I'm considering applying for this one.
